Agreed, though it can definitely be tough to slog the day, remember that even the tiniest twink can look damn good with a low bodyfat.

Op is not a *******.

Pick 2:
-Big
-Shredded
-Natural

Your diet plan will work, but its more suited for someone who's just an endomorph that walks around at a heavier weight. I know guys that workout religiously and are around 5'10-6'2 and they walk around at 240-250lbs. Obviously for someone like that they can go on starvation diet you've listed and will cut down nicely and still have a bit of size.

For guys that are just skinny fat or 'average' and walk around at a moderate weight they'll end up looking skinny.

Hell yea brah! My buddy form Uni used to load up his cottage cheese with some cinnamon and no-cal sweetener and also greek yogurt is hngg a/f. In the fall that Pumpkin spice greek yogurt tastes like candy with no cals. Chites the business SRS

The trick is use something like Adobo or Sazon'... always by red fin fillets as well... they taste 100x better form the can.

You just have to trick your self into stimulating your dopamine cycle with eating tons of greens until you are stuffed SRS

Don't sleep on how full a nice bowl of salad with some light Olive oil + apple cider vinger can make you feel. Toss in a huge glass of water and your hunger craving is completely stopped and you get that dopamine rush from a full stomach. SRS

It’s a just math. You burn X calories per day/week. Eat in a deficit to lose weight, the greater the deficit the quicker you will lose it.

No need to fuk around with 11 micro meals a day all that chit is retard cope. Eating in a deficit for a long period of months requires discipline which clearly 70%+ (obese americans) don’t have.
^^^ Pure facts. Bless brah.

Its as simple as cultivating a good dopamine reward cycle with your eating habits.

For example my one good buddy tricks dhis body into thinking that "Baked Cheddar Cheese Taco Schells" are real taco shells... he will eat like 5 with meat, salsa and cheese feel like he had the real thing but intake almost zero carbs for the meal and feel completely rewarded like he air actual carbs. Other brahs out here making cauliflower pizza that gives you a huge dopamine rush like real carbs. Its all just a mind fuk SRS
