Lmao only someone with a poverty mindset would assume others have to borrow money from banks

I guess that’s your reality

How does that apply if you’re selling off rental properties or units in a multi-unit development

God, you are so f**king dumb.

Any transaction over 10k in Australia goes through a CTR and any evidence of illegal activity for a large property purchase in a day and age in which tones of criminal Chinese money comes into Australia and AUSTRAC own all your cash, it can be difficult to get it back. Every single cash purchase of property. You can't hide it and if you are hiding it, well then your nothing but a meth dealer and you will be caught and the cash can be confiscated, the risk is ernormous.

in Australia cash purchases of property .goes thought whats called Enhanced Due Diligence, then Specialized Due Diligence, and has to be approved by AUSTRAC. This is why no one buys homes in cash....ever in Australia....no one wants the scrutiny.

Your nothing but a fat tiler, with a leased ute and probably shared mortgage with some average bird in FNQ.

Keep lieing to yourself that your big business you loser.

I'm into them 1.7-1.8, odds are they'll sell for 3.1-3.2. After taxes net 1.1 or so. You're ****ing nobody, and you're nothing. I'm about to make more in 14 months than you'll make in the next 10 years. Get the **** out of here you loser.
