Traveled the world for food. France, US, Japan, China, HK, Singies, India

Australia is the best for food imo.

Might not have the best burger, or best pizza. But we are up there with every nation. Honestly had trouble getting a decent salad in America, and their coffees suck arse. Australia has great everything and variety.

You can get fricken amazing burgers, curries. asian and pizzas and anything else, and we have the best produce and most variety since we are all immigrants here.

Yeah before I go to a new country I always try to GPS spoof on Bumble first. GPS spoofing on Tinder seems harder to do because somehow the app later detects I'm faking my location somehow. But I don't think I'll be able to find anywhere in the world (except maybe an English speaking African country?) that can compete with Philippines.

Anyway I remember GPS spoof in Australia and New Zealand and things were utterly grim for me there.

A restaurant getting a star is like a bodybuilder getting his pro card. It's the primary goal of most serious chefs and considered the mark of validation for a top tier MOGGER restaurant. There are lots of documentaries about chefs working 100 hour weeks, giving themselves PTSD trying to get that star (or 2nd or 3rd star).

Pretty weird for an entire continent not to have a single restaurant worth recognition, at least according to Michelin judges.
