He's a repressed homosexual - there was a documentary which followed him around doing a day in the life type of thing... he was living with his boyfriend and accidentally let slip that they had a puppy together.
I imagine the strain of feeling he has to live up to his brother's legacy while hiding this aspect of his life is difficult to live with and is probably why he goes so hard with all the chit talk about other peoples girlfriends.
Frankly in this day and age who cares? He'd be better off just coming out (no homo)

Body-dyspmorphia and a peterpan syndrome. Guy can't get past that period when he and his brother were hanging and were at their prime.
Dude's body looks better than ever and I respect his youthful vibe, which is how it should be but you can sense he just doesn't want to accept that it isn't 2010 anymore. His brother is dead, he isn't nowhere near as relevent as he was as back then, his style is not cool anymore.
Chestbrah should just reinvent himself rather than living on old fame.
