Nope not trolling Im kinda noob at this Im not really a gym vet but I will especially for you misc do a deadlift next week straight from the floor without these mats and even add some weight just so you stop bitching about it

Stop bitching about it? Lol. Do your thing, OP. I can strict press the most amount of weight your body can move over my head. Best of luck with your training goals for 2021.
