- Impromptu trip to Alaska (was a Space-A), getting a rental car and driving to a town some guy in the terminal told you about and not having done a minute of research on it at all, just getting in the car and going, at night, on a random suggestion not knowing what you end up seeing, first time there. 10/10 mang. Nothing like Seward AK.
- Sort of specific but on a Uni trip to Arches NP in 2008, one of the dudes in the tent (about 12 girls/guys on the trip) woke up me and another guy and basically we went out around 1am and started climbing chit, got on top of a couple smaller arches and one bigger one, all had our head lamps on and you could look out and just see probably 15-20 other lights in this distance seeming to crawl over other arches - people doing what we were. also had some animal growling n chit behind me when i was heading back to the tent so i booked it.

What a boring and meaningless list.
When you lay upon your deathbed, do you really think you will care at all about having done or not done any of these things?
Take some genuine chances that could fundamentally change your life - leave your cushy consulting gig and start a business or NFP, invest time in building deep relationships with people, move city/country, learn about things that interest you, kill that annoying neighbour that always looks at you funny in the lift and dump their body where nobody will ever find them, etc etc.

Experience what it is like to be homeless for a couple of days or even just one day and see how grateful and humble you become
(can also just travel internationally to a third-world country and experience the same)
Sky-Diving
Definitely on my own bucket list. I was going to do it last year but sadly, COVID-19 smacked the world so it's put on stand by but it's going to happen
Experience 'Jet' G-Force
Also another thing I'd like to do, take a passenger ride in a fighter jet and see how it is experienced
Travelling to Rome and seeing the Grand Colliseum
Firing a .50 caliber sniper rifle
Firing a .50 caliber handgun
Lumberjacking
Travelling to the Cayman Islands
Travelling to see the Aurora Borealis (jealous af for the people who actually live there and see it in the zone)
SPACE

I don't have a bucket list or anything, but I'm going to go on a downwinder as soon as I find someone who can do it with me. I ride the waves on lake michigan, but we don't get conditions anything like this.
A downwinder is when you have a boat tow you way out, maybe 10 miles, or some people do it from island to island or bay to bay depending on where you are. Heavy winds and waves going in the same direction. I'm not as good as these guys yet, but paddle board season here isn't long and I don't get to practice in stuff like this.
Better longer video
We have waves this weekend, but the water is frigid, I think I'll go back out anyway after watching these.

The most peak experiences I felt all involved some assistance. Probably something like stim sex with someone you really like is a peak. I've never tried because it seems too degenerate.
Maybe try to make a project you think a lot about.

Getting high.
I'm usually pretty high strung, but doing that taught me to mellow out a bit even when sober.
EDIT: Do it with someone you trust or within the safely of your own walls.

Most never travel outside of their country, especially Americans, to ever appreciate what they have and the life that they have been blessed with.
Experience things that you are afraid of, but not necessarily risking your life. Srs The more fear we can overcome in life, the more we learn about ourselves, self reflect, better our character, and become stoic. We become a rock to which others can depend on for stability and the less likely you will be terrified by true evil or shaken by the unknown. This is very, very important!! You will be able to take on ANYTHING if you learn to control your fear and aren’t afraid to take on new experiences that seem overwhelming to mere mortals. You will be better equipped to deal with adversary and challenges
Be productive; find a hobby or side job that you produce or create something for others. This is what business is all about; finding something others need and provide it for them, even if you have to charge money for it. It’s still a service. Start a garden, a bee hive, or volunteer somewhere. Service for others is very rewarding...and Christ teaches us a lot through doing so. It’s life changing

One party system; Most Republicans are Democrats, but no Democrats are Republicans.
Hayek and Mises were right; they're all socialists.

Living part of your life where you are nomadic, mobile. I was a truck driver for almost 2 years, living in a truck.
Getting shot at. Something that really changes you when someone takes a weapon designed to kill you and takes aim at you with the intent to kill you and the only reason you are alive now is because they didn't aim correctly or you moved right in time. It just changes a man.
Military service. It will take the boy out of you and weed out the p*ssy out of you, make you a man, or at least know how to man up. I think the 2 year mandatory service should be implemented. There was a time when most men did have to go into the military, and note how back then, there was a lot less of this BS going on and men were men.

Trying to figure out how they get an entire wall if carvings exactly the same, and then try to fathom the man hours it would take to do entire walls of it... then realize the place is multiple square miles in size...
Makes me feel fkin retarded being proud of carving a few dozen duck decoys, and opens your eyes to what dedication is
