Well i guess im not all that stoic. It wasnt like this in my late 20 and early 30s, basically just the last couple years.

I used to binge on speed and coke and for about after my dreams would be ok. At the time i was with one of my dumbass ex gfs. She told me it was gods way of cushioning the blow from the comedown from the drugs. Fucing simple bitch. So i get rewarded for bad behavior? but when im clean its nightmares 6 days out of 7? Ok...

That one was a real special kind of special.

I heard that nicotine patches can help you have really vivid dreams. Ive also heard they can give you really vivid nightmares. But i already prone to nightmares in the first place and im also predisposed to lucid dreams. I used to have em all the time. Maybe i could try an experiment where i can use the patch to induce a lucid dream, and turn the dream into a good one. As long as i have control over the dream its really not that bad. In fact its awesome because i can fly.

Do you eat a large amount of protein before bedtime? The thermogenic effect of protein can and definitely induces nightmare.

No. Ive heard of that before but im very sure that isnt the case with me

When i was doing the warrior diet with a 4 hour eating window i would eat huge amounts of protein and fat from 6 pm to 10 pm then sleep like a baby

I had a solid routine. Good job. Good friends. I was good with my family. Women were not a problem.

Im pretty sure its a form of PTSd from what women have done to me over the last 4 or 5 years. No, that's not fair. Not only women, i shouldnt just blame it on them, it really been almost everyone. Some of it deserved some not.

I would get so angry, most of my apartments had massive holes in the wall where i would just chug whisky and beat the crap out of the gyprock.

Sounds like you got some serious demons in you, no wonder you have nightmare.
Take care of that, go see a therapist and deal with that.

Ive tried therapists.

First, they dont actually want you to get well.

Imagine this...

You walk in. Spend 50 minutes talking. Walk out enlightened. Pay her the 200 and never need to come back.

Theres no profit in that for her. Shes got massive student debt. Payments on a 50,000$ car. A 1500$ mortgage and a lifstyle that makes as little sense as the crap coming out of her mouth.

Second. They dont care.

They really dont. Ive been to a few and a lot of them will forget really important ****. Its kind of a joke how bad they are.

Third. They are about as helpful as talking to a stranger off the street.

Most have a degree in psychology and a minor in some other irrelevant BS. There is nothing they know that you cant figure out for yourself

If going to a psychologist would actually help fix these problems then these problems would not exist.

Its just another scam to make the economy roll. Trust me ive seen between 10 and 15 psychologists, none of them did **** for me.

The dreams have gotten worse since ive moved to the city and yet another of my friends has f ucked off. despite me saving his ass from going back to jail. Ungrateful little degenerate.

id bet my left testicle if i moved to a better place with good friends, a job a car, a woman, having some fun these nightmares would mostly fade away. Thats what im working on now
