That is what I heard from people that lived there. They have good public transportation and it sounded like they went out multiple times during the work week with the locals to get fuked up like they were college students or something. That would get old real fast for me.

I know it might be counter intuitive right now, but now is the time to be there for your sister. This is something that, if on the "bad" end of things - another car involved with an injury - losing children - etc - it would be the worst thing to ever happen to her. Hopefully this is a wake up call for her man =/ Had a buddy who was a raging alcoholic.. always throwing them back & one time drove home from some party and nearly drove off a damn cliff while hammered. He's been sober for almost a decade now & owns/runs a very successful business. If there was any friends of mine who I thought wouldn't make it, it was him & he totally made me eat my words.
