All of you Ford people apparently have never seen old football. lol. It was not the NFL of today where 300lb mass monsters smash each other. I'm not even sure weight training was an emphasis way back when he played. It was basically a bunch of modern soccer physiques.

Look at the pic in post 34. The answer is clearly Ford. Prime genetics in his youth.


There were a lot of badass presidents prior to becoming president. Washington, Jackson, Roosevelt, Taylor, Grant, etc.

Theadore Roosevelt was probably the biggest badass during his presidency though. He held boxing matches and Judo matches at the white-house and participated in both. Also this is a guy who resigned from a cush Navy position for a Calvary position in the army. Literally a no risk sit at a desk spot to a ride a horse charging into battle on the front lines spot.


I doubt he did much weight lifting but he had obvious development in his arms/delts/chest when he was younger. He obviously was blessed with high t.

Ford for sure. He played offensive line and linebacker at Michigan.

Lincoln was also known as a champion wrestler in his younger years. Never defeated apparently. They didn't bench press back then, but odds are he was naturally strong.

Eisenhower (West Point) and Reagan (Eureka) also played football in college.
