If you drink alcohol, stop right now. Cut way back on food with processed sugar. Do that for a bit and then change other habits like exercise, fast food, carbs, etc. You have to make some permanent changes and it's next to impossible to wake up one day and succeed at all of them. Start with a couple things and change more once you find some success.

Your goal should make small changes to build up your willpower. Don't try keto or something like that because you won't be able to do it long-term. Here is what I'd do:
1) When you wake up, take a shower and then look at yourself in the mirror every morning. You want to remember this image later in the day when you're thinking of making a bad decision. After drying off, you want to jump on the scale and weigh yourself. Your weight fluctuates throughout the day so do it naked in the morning for the best results.
2) Get rid of the worst foods in your house. Don't buy them. I'd make sure to get rid of all beverages and alcohol. Buy a lot of water.
3) Drink water all the time. Force yourself to drink a glass of water before every meal (will reduce your appetite a ton). Drink it in between meals. If you think you are drinking way too much water, you're not. Drink more.
4) Set a baseline you absolutely can hit. Something like 2 workouts a week. You can do more but make sure you always hit this #.
5) tell other people. Build up the expectations you will do it. It's way harder to quit when you put your name on the line.
6) From this point, do research and make gradual changes. The biggest thing is try a bunch and figure out what works for you.

Intermittent fast for 2500cals. 8 hour window. 600 cal lunch, 1900 dinner. If you want a snack before bed, carve out 2-300 cals from that last meal for some Greek yogurt or something like one of those fit ice creams right before bed. Just get at least 120ish grams of proteins in daily.
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.
Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.

Go Keto, eat the samething every day, 3 meals a day, srs
I lost 60+ lbs eating only tuna and coffee for 20 months,
You can replace this with boiled eggs or anything. You can also eat whatever keto food u want, but personally i think it is easier to manage my diet if i always eat the same thing

I would eat normally, not too much, not too little. Someone once said fat burns in a carbohydrate fire and I still think that is somewhat accurate.
