I am for abortion except when it’s really late in the pregnancy. In that case I think the woman should face criminal charges and do community service like cleaning our beaches and roads, and possibly jail time (thou abortion should still happen if she so chooses, but the point is she should have made that decision earlier, MUCH earlier, before the baby can experience the pain etc.)

Colds have and always will be part of our life. New strains come and go, no vaccine can stop new strains and new viruses. If new strain of Ebola came with 90% mortality rate and super easy transmission, and vaccine is well known and has nothing harmful in it, I would get the vaccine! But in this case you are just naive morons who are making some people very rich. You are obedient slaves, nothing more. It’s pathetic. Dictatorial edicts of governments are to be rejected automatically. That is if you have any self respect and balls left.

Fair enough. I could make the argument that anyone who has ever bought and ate fast food is an idiot who fell for marketing, made rich people richer and paid to put poison into their body. The other question then is, if you feel like everyone getting the vaccine is stupid, weak and ball-less, then why not just feel sorry for them instead of anger at them? It sounds like your issue is with the government itself and not the people. People have been obedient to the laws and customs they grow up in and are surrounded by since the start of civilization in Mesopotamia. If what you truly long for is a return to the times before law and order, then you are in the primitivism camp with people like the Unabomber. I don’t believe in conspiracy theories either so I don’t think there is some sinister intention behind the vaccine. Just am hesitant because potential long term effects are unknown.

I don't think it's a conspiracy, but for me it's the fact that the manufacturers are completely immune from any type of lawsuit should you be injured from the vaccine (which does happen).

Also it does not have FDA approval, only emergency use authorization. Also this is the fastest vaccine ever made for mass distribution, so I don't want to be the guinea pig for it.

The data is clear that those that are under 60, fit, healthy have about a 1/1000 chance of dying from this thing. Ill take my chances with that.

Think about this, people in America were perfectly fine for the most part with the fact that their children had to have a whole host of vaccinations to attend school. Not only that, but the Government forces people to have their children attend school. So are we really entering some new found levels of Government overreach here? Some of the points about the rush to get it out and the low mortality rate of Covid are true, but the Government has always been pushy with things that interfere in privacy and personal choice.

those other vaccines have been around for decades and we have long term studies on those, not on this one.

I'm not an 'anti-vaxxer'; I've had all the other ones that most people do receive throughout adolescence.

I'm anti vaccines made in 8 months; if you look at the history of vaccines you will realize just how mind blowing that is and why it was called literally "operation warp speed"

Could of gotten moderna, was pressured to by both boss and family and told them all to fukk off.

Pretty much the entire town I work in is vaccinated I'm probably in the 5% or less that isn't.

My other coworkers roommates had a house meeting where they ganged up on him and tried to bully him into taking it. He'd already had covid and had no idea he had ever had it until he was at a doctor and they told him he had antibodies.

US DOD stats for covid are .001% mortality srs you can look it up right on their site.
One day scientists are going to kill us all.

First dose of Pfizer two weeks ago.

I'm vaccine hesitant but my wife is a physician's assistant, several practicing doctors in our immediate friend group and my MIL a ICU nurse...they've all seen the worst of the worst concerning this virus and would highly recommend anyone on this board to get vaccinated. They've seen fat unhealthy people get COVID without any issue at all and turn around and have a super fit, low bodyfat athlete catch it and require ventilation and death.

Sure the odds are in your favor to survive without issue though, so it is what it is.

It's one thing to be concerned about long term safety of the vaccines, that's rationale and smart. It's another to believe in these unfounded and absolutely unscientifically plausible antivax bullshiit that gets posted on this site and everywhere else. At this point, it's just cringeworthy.
