its probably the worst, most unflattering picture of me i could find in my iphone. makes it look like i have a recessed jaw, and im at about 215lbs there at 5'11, probably 25% bf


hadn't been to a gym in 9 months, was in a relationship that was on the way down, and had just been fired from a job i really liked. eating like ****, drinking like a ****ing fish, doing way too much pepsi.. pretty depressed

Respect for posting yourself on here like that. Every pic is better than how you look in the first for sure. You looked like every person you used to know from high school who is now just an out of shape dork with a boring life in their 30s. Hair and body are big improvements. I think the beard is trash though and makes you look too old. You should go with stubble.
