HIPPA is the whole reason baby murder is allowed. Cause it’s “private between dr and baby murdering mom” right?

Also no, private businesses can’t just do whatever the **** they want.

A cake baker can’t even tell gays he won’t make cakes without getting harassed. Hell, can a private business stop hiring blacks people? White people? Women? Or would there be repercussions for that?

And there have been multiple cases where people have sued and won over HIPPA violations. Which is what the vaccine passports are ultimately going to come down to.

Much like how parents who make that claim can still have their unvaccinated children attend public schools.

How about we wait to see when we get ruling on these types of cases before you run your mouth pumpkin.

haha this. i kinda wish my employer would try this so i can sue them for so much money i'd never have to work again. too bad they're not that dumb.

You listed protected classes. Being an antivaxxer is not a protected class.

Requiring a vaccine is not a HIPAA violation

Make what claim? Anyways, apples and oranges because education for children is a legal requirement. It is understandable to make compromises especially when dealing with protected classes (religion typically). You working at what-ever-the-fukk place is not a legal requirement, and employers can impose certain requirements that impact personal choices. Chit, my company is a no-smoking company. Legit won't get hired, and will get fired over smoking lol.

The claim for most antivaxxers is HIPPA privacy and then others also will throw in “religious reasons” for good measure. So no, it’s not that clean cut and dry on that part.

My point with not hiring women and the other protected classes is just that no, you can’t do whatever the **** you want to as a business.

You’re saying a vaccine is not a HIPPA violation. But me and you are some internet idiots and neither are judges and that’s gonna be what the courts have to decide. Whether or not it is.

Also don’t forget forced contraceptions under Obamacare when it conflicted to with a religious employers belief contraception and abortions conflicted with their religious beliefs. HIPPA won on those cases and again, the privacy between Dr and patient was upheld and they had to pay for medical insurance that covered both those things.

Your company’s smoking policy is dumb but I don’t know anyone who has contested smoking policies nor do I want to look at them. Businesses have a good claim that smokers smell like **** and take a lot of breaks. Not the same as a vaccine. A vaccine that mind you, if you have you can’t supposedly contract COVID anymore nor be a carrier. Only people affected by not vaccinating are non vaccinated people.

Why don’t businesses require everyone MUST take a flu shot? Ponder on that one for a bit.

Nobody said a private business can do whatever they want. That’s a strawman. There is no law that says you can’t be fired for not getting a vaccine.

Wrong. Most exemptions are for "religious reasons",notHIPAA (Note, it's HIPAA not "HIPPA" lol) because religion is a protected class

Nobody is saying that though... Anyways, you cannot compare protected classes to antivaxxers lol

The reason they have the policy is for insurance purposes. It's cheaper for them, and in turn can provide a far FAR better package than any company I have ever worked for. Now if you have an antivaxxer that ends up spreading covid around the company, and the employer faces increased rates in insurance and/or getting dropped altogether, AND cost them tremendously with out employees, you have a financial burden. So yeah, it's kind of the fukkin same lol

Some do... But also, the flu hasn't wreaked the same havoc as covid, and it's not even close. inb4 plandemic...

Not triggered. I give reps often to people with disagreeing opinions. Matrons being one of them.

Just hate posters like you. “Lol” and **** doesn’t prove your point. Let alone you didn’t even address anything I said.

But hey, if I’m rustled for negging you what does that make you for negging me back?

Ok, and I hate posters like you that spout chit as fact even though you are dead wrong, and you are just one google search away from finding that out, but you won't... And I did address things, you just don't want to see it any other way than how you do now...

So are you. Hobby Lobby was presented with HIPAA as the reason they were not allowed to determine the medical treatment people wanted regardless of their religious beliefs.

So no. Not wrong. You could easily google **** too.

We have a couple of cases filled regarding whether vaccines can be forced or not. Those cases will set the pace and other than that, we are both screaming into the void until rulings are made.

Stay salty bitch

No, hobby lobby had nothing to do with HIPAA lol. You keep serving yourself up fat ignorant L’s.

For the record, for all the miscers who keep spouting off about HIPAA violations, HIPAA is about improperly DIVULGING medical information, not SEEKING medical information. For example, if an employer went around your back to your PCP and asked about your medical history and your PCP divulged this information without your consent, THAT would be a HIPAA violation on your PCP’s part. Not your employer...

But stay dumb as chit, ******* lol
