I have a slight tear in mine's after going through x-ray, ultrasound, and MRI. Man it's been months, even reaching up in the kitchen cupboard for something bothers it. I was going too low on the extension during chest flyes.

I dont know wth is wrong with mine. On both shoulders.
Theyve been making weird noises since december so does my neck. A doctor did an xray on neck and said it was fine but what the fuk I cant even sleep on my sides. And if I do I can hardly move my head for 1 day. But no pain
Dont remember injuring them except my right shoulder in 2014 but it hasnt bothered me for a long time.
