People like her don’t care if they’re taken advantage of. They’re there to genuinely help and that feeling a lot of people don’t know.

She don’t expect nothing back I’m sure - but I’ll let her say in her own words

When I help people or give people more info than they asked for in hopes for maybe it’ll help them, my chick thinks I’m crazy for helping them cuz they ain’t gonna do chit for me/her. I tell her that’s not my point of helping them but she don’t get it. But each to their own. Doing so brings be happiness and satisfaction and don’t bother me atall...

I used to feel like I need to vet people I’m helping. Not so more. Why?

What if I’m wrong about someone who actually needed help? I don’t go overboard. Just a lil bit to help out in an effort if they need it, well good.

If they were taking advantage of me/situation, oh well that fuker could’ve saved me the trouble and left the resources for someone more deserving.

Such is life. Can’t punish people who need help genuinely. See what I mean?

I don’t do too much don’t get me wrong but what little I do, that’s my thinking behind it...

Multi-Millionaire by 50, semi-retired.

Have a nice trust fund set up for my kid, then when I and my wife die leave instructions to liquidate all assets and donate to the homeless, criminal rehabilitation programs (after they get out of prison), and animal shelters

I'm not really sure at this point, short term is to save up for a new place since I recently sold my house.

I'm kinda just wageceling in my job right now. I have no current interest in specialized units but I also know that I don't wanna be in patrol for 30 years. I have a routine 3 days off every week and I should be using that time to maybe further myself as a musician or perhaps learn the steps to privately become a guitar teacher and start my own business for that.

Idk I'm kinda just going through the motions right now, chit sucks.

But overall I do know that I want to be financially independent, in good physical shape/health, and have the freedom to do whatever I want when I want.
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

Exactly. When you work for the corporation you lose a lot of the value of your work to the bureaucracy and its shareholders. Where is the life in that?

A couple of things come to mind, in no particular order

Visit a very good friend of mine in St. Petersburg
Recite a poem (in Russian) of Sergei Yesenin's at his monument in SPb
Visit Sasha Sokolova's grave and pay my respects
Visit my inlaws in Thailand
See my kids develop professionally and personally. Grandkids would be nice.
Play Traditional Irish Music on my grandfather's fiddle better than I play tenor banjo
Travel to England to visit two of my best friends from when I worked in Saudi.
Travel to Ireland again.
Fly fish in central Estonia
Fly fish in the Alti Krai region of Russia (south of Novosibirsk) or for Taimen in northern Mongolia
Hike to the highest peak in the Urals

I do this too, Any time I feel like I am engaging in PEAK POOR, low class, or general loser behavior I always make sure I learn from it and never do it again SRS. All my role models are 1mil net worth minimum 90% of debt slave wage cucks don't even get eye contact or respect from me because they're retarded and I MOG them anyway and they don't have anything I want so they're basically on their way to an unmarked grave having contributed nothing positive to society and I can't learn from people like that SRS.

Wanna pick up guitar SRS been learning piano and not that I am some god I am probably a pretty terrible player but some of the basic concepts like changing from major to minor chords or playing basic scales and being able to play up and down the keyboard and play in key and improvise and play whatever comes to mind has been way easier then I expected so I wanna be able to transfer what I know to be more versatile and have the ability to play more instruments SRS. Would also like to do more creative stuff as well think I am going to commit to making more content for youtube SRS.

The bigger the lot, the lesser it gets per acre. Buying 5 acres vs 25 vs 50 vs 250 all in similar areas/location will cost drastically different per sqft. That’s why people buy big lots and split them and sell smaller
