We’re just having a conversation. I wouldn’t call the responses in this thread a meltdown

I don't see how his response can be considered a meltdown in any way...

Either way, are you going to counter his response, or just avoid the argument altogether?

If people took his advice in 2010/2015 they wouldn't be millionaires today. Never take financial advice from boomers on innovative stuff, they were wrong about Podcasts, Pro Gaming & Streaming being profitable as well. They only understand well the things that have already been established.

I doubt they care, OP. Fear and greed are the most powerful motivators known to man. Most greenies are just virtue signalling attention whores, they don't really care about the planet. It's why nothing ever really gets done.

I was here i remember. I also remember one of the exchanges promoted was mt.gox. Lucky I didn't pour money into it otherwise I would have lost it all. Bitcoin is not immune to human greed.

All the energy expended focusing on this stuff would be so much better spent on just about anything else. Imagine all the manhours and effort burnt obsessing about something that produces nothing of value.

What a waste!

Bill Maher legitimately is a cuck for the democratic party. They give him talking points and he goes above and beyond for them. Dems don't like crypto because if it took a big place in the economy over fiat money then they wouldn't be able to print endlessly for their owners in wall street and the military industry.

Except electricity and money never disappears into thin air. Electrical consumption up = electrical plant owner making $$$ and employees making more $$$ when asked to work overtime and stuff.

Would you rather the money sit in an offshore bank account? lol.

Yeah there’s that, but I’m talking about the energy people are putting into a wealth transfer tool with the hopes of getting rich rather than putting that energy towards something that actually creates value for the world. I’m not talking about electrical energy.

Nothing good comes out of this, it’s just greed

What about the banks? How do they feel about crypto and are they doing anything to fight against its rise?

I remember reading about how Hitler basically created Germany’s own currency by tying it into the labor force which gave them a back door to escape the massive debt they had to the international bankers who blamed them for WWI. And that was the bigggggg “Oh no you didn’t” moment for these bankers. Interesting sh!t. Did I summarize that correctly?

When Europeans colonized America they traded something called "wampum" to Indians. Basically worthless glass trinkets. The Europeans became fabulously wealthy and the Indians held the bag and got reservations. My advice with cryptos would be, don't be the one left holding the bag at the end.

in the end, regardless of what anyone says here, cypto's fate is in the hands of the deep state rothschild family whom you never hear about on the news or about how wealthy they are when they own the fukin federal reserve

they will have the final say on crypto.

make your money tho, hold onto it for as long as you can, but one day these fukers are coming for it.
