I usually just say "what's up dude" or "Sup" it's more of a way of acknowledging the other person rather than directly asking them a question of how they are.
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

I usually say 'How are ya?' like the dwarves from World of Warcraft if they ask "How are you?"and walk away.

In Germany and some Nordic countries people are not really fond of small talk. If you ask them, "how are you?" they will just give you a look. If you really insist, they will probably just be dead honest and tell you more than you need to know. They are a no bs kind of people.

This is what you gotta do.

Take a huge breath, puff out your chest, shoot your arms out and flex your lats like a king cobra on attack mode.

Tilt your head back til almost vertical and make your eyes huge, staring dead in their stockets from over your chin. Hold this pose for about 10 seconds and start breathing really heavy.

Once they break eye contact just utter this phrase as low as possible from deep in your throat, "ARE YOU READY TO RUMBLE"
Beans. Cleans. Gasoline.
