Depends where I get it, but normally the most basic Chicken and Broccoli with Fried Rice from most places.

But all time GOAT food? Probably Hot Pot.

Solid answer.

It depends so much on the place. Chinese goes from very tasty to gosh awful. Personally can't deal with greasy/syrupy dishes with low quality meat.

There used to be a spot near the broker-dealer I worked for with great chicken chow mein. I like kung pao chicken, but my fave version had onion, celery, carrot, bell pepper, and peanuts. Orange chicken can be very good if it is a bit spicy and not greasy or syrupy. Pepper steak and broccoli beef/chicken are usually at least okay. Generally the better the meat and the more fresh veggies the more I like it.
