Didn't read thread but quit alcohol, quit drugs, don't get married, don't have kids and don't go to college.

I would not mind trying dutasteride and 300+ TRT to see if it works. If so, literally a fountain of youth. Give up the dream of invincibility asap. You need to work some things to make it. Do not feel ashamed of botox, etc. Literally everyone dabbles in some dark arts.
A few points for why you need to act proactive sometimes:Morning wood goes away in your 30s. (Without TRT) Your entire business fails in your old age.Do not feel shame in taking care of yourself.
Being in a dominant class can make it easier to feel confident about stuff like this.

Best trips I had was when I traveled alone to places in my 20s. Smashed so many girls and met a bunch of cool people. Since people know you’re a tourist and you’re solo they open up quite a bit more than if you were in a group. It also gets you out of your bubble and gain confidence in social settings...you have to actually try to have fun. If you sit in your room all day it will be a chitty time, its what you make it.

Be health minded
Develop discipline (fitness, career, self learning, finances)
Don't do things detrimental to your future
Don't be like everyone else. It's embarrassing how many of my friends in their early through late 30s are becoming geniuses now, seeing the wisdom in doing things people like me have been doing since age 18.
There's so much to say and not enough time to do so. Always think ahead and consider what the general populous does. Chances are, they're generic and average people doing average things and will end up the same way. Do better for yourself. Don't be too self important that you're a POS either, and especially don't be a low quality person who's also self important and a total POS. That's even worse and we have enough of them.
Develop true happiness; not useless transient happiness that is baseless. That's fine, but behind nothing else it's not a promising way to go.
My best friend learned many of these the hard way, it's tough to see.

use some of that time to be able to travel and live as cheap as you can. also keep an eye out for cheap real estate. buy it and just hang on to it. think long and hard if you ever go to sell it. real cost is replacement value of it.
once you have housing cost at a minimum, it's OK to finance a car but get something cheap, easy to fix and good on gas. key thing here is keeping costs and expectations low.
sometimes life just flies by and you want to do a bunch of things but realize you have way less time than someone in their 20's
also keep in mind that your chances at making it big in this field or that dont just get proportionally smaller, but exponentially. after you leave those social circles you have 5-10x less people to shoot the **** with and if you think about how many opportunities could branch off of those 5-10, you realize that as you get older and youre exposed to 1/5 as many people, lots of chances are lost. and lastly,
dont be like every other dude when an 8/9 HBB goes up to and youre too stupid to realize she's hitting on you. don't squander all your chances with them. when they do, realize it, capitalize on it, but dont give AF if you get something from it. reason i say that is because sooner or later you might want kids and like i said before, the chances of that get exponentially smaller as you get older. that is all.

You might see it as cope since I'm 33 in a couple months, but I chit you not, I still feel like I'm 21 aside from the occasional lower back pain, and that's when I spend several hours doing something strenuous. I just hit PRs on all 5 compound lifts a month back and still need to fap like 14x a week. Testosterone through the roof.
Not only that but people still think I'm in college, partly because I have good aging genetics but also because I didn't drink or do drugs in my 20s, I was lifting hard as fuk and dieting. I reached my avi at around 29 and I'm just a few months away from being even better than it, at 33.
Combine that with having a six figure salary and a relatively redpill masculine personality, I frequently match with women in their mid to late 20s, sometimes even women younger than 25.
You look at so many celebrities that aged well and took care of themselves, they all peak in their mid 30s. John Hamm, Chris Hemsworth, Brad Pitt, Paul Walker, etc etc. I'm a strong believer that men who continue to push, peak in their 30s/40s, it's just that men are completely filled with soy these days so it's definitely not the norm.
My sister is 11 years younger and when I was home for her birthday parties in high school, her friends, 17-18 years old, were all into me. Very obvious, but I couldn't capitalize. Heck, my sister's closest friend was into me when she was just 16.. and I was 27.
But again, could be a massive cope from me.

Apart from investing in yourself, I'd say sleep with many different women and try to avoid LTR.
Yes, sex with randoms get repetitive after a while, but you really want to experience that sexual variety before you are too old to naturally attract girls.
Otherwise, there's a good chance you'll turn into a perverted oldcel.
