Theyre really everywhere in SD because the govt makes building regular apts retarded expensive with excessive regulations, permits and fees.

Everyone out here blames builders for greed, but they will flat out tell you they have to build "luxury branded" buildings to even make a buck.

California has quite literally destroyed its housing market (purposely, UN Agenda 21) as well as native Californians future hime ownership.

Id bet a paycheck research would show a majority of homes here are owned by people from out of state/foreigners. Its fuking ridiculous.
