Acting like he wouldn't land 4 knuckles to your glass chin before you could even gather yourself for a takedown.

He takes a step toward me.he’s going airborn
Also walks around at 175. I am used to picking up 200+ men. I’d ragdoll him
Give me not just wrestling advantage. I have a massive size advantage too. I win this 100%
It would look like Cormier vs Hendo.

Someone who is a D1 wrestler isn’t some guy that wrestled in middle school or high school for a couple of seasons. That’s someone who is a top notch wrestler, they are likely quite athletic in their own right and it’s absolutely not unrealistic that they could take down a guy like Canelo. You're assuming alot and that could cost you alot. I have no idea if Canelo has any grappling knowledge at all but if he doesn’t know basic submission defense he would be in trouble on the ground against even a novice grappler. A good wrestler would have no problem keeping him on the ground and inflicting damage. Getting him down would be the issue and taking someone down who’s got good movement and is throwing punches can be challenging. But a good wrestler or grappler period will be able to time their takedown or set up a takedown, trip, or throw from the clinch against someone with little to no grappling experience, especially if they have a size/strength advantage.

I'm vastly stronger than him. I'd fold the little midget in half, rip one of his arms off, and beat him to death with it.

Many of you overestimating how well an elite boxer would do VS legit wrestlers, being a great athlete and a boxer and experienced street fighter =/= being able to defend a takedown.
As an example I would bet everything I have on Royce Gracie VS Canelo in a street fight, hell I would bet on Royce TODAY thou he is old and retired. Takedowns and grappling is a very specific skill, and without it you are fooked VS someone who has it. Doesn’t matter how good an athlete you is. You fooked.
A boxing stance with that leg forward in a wide stance that boxers use is like a gift to a grappler, it’s like if you fought a boxer and stuck your chin out at him with your hands behind your back and your eyes closed. That boxer’s front leg is getting snatched instantly by a wrestler. After then it’s over.

Grab some dirt on the ground blind him a little. Will buy me a second or so just enough time to get behind him. Wrap my arms around him and bearhug him. I will snap his spine instantly killing him.

This convo is centered around a street fight which isnt usually 1v1 with everything being clean. I get what you guys are saying but a pro level boxer isn't going to be a simple takedown
