Flex your lats like a king cobra on attack mode, tilt your head back nearly vertical and stare eyes wide open over the top of your chin.

Begin breating very deeply and very rapidly, when you start to feel light-headed just start chanting this phrase repeatedly, as deeply as possible, and with the gutteral tone of your throat:

"Hoo buddy hoo buddy hoo buddy hurr hurr hurr hurr hurr"
