I was confused by his comment, I thought when he said raping and pillaging he was talking about whites, or it was a general comment that could be applied to any race. Raping and pillaging was generally part of conquest whether it being the Romans, Mongols, Persians, Vikings, or whoever else.

Yeah I’m only half Sicilian/Italian, other half is Northwestern European. But I have scored 99-100% European on pretty much every single one of my tests. Also people need to have a look at what Moors actually looked like. Look at the Moors of Iberia and Sicily sections in this Wikipedia article.

the Arabs were around during the moorish invasion. They were the minority compared to the berbers, but I'm pretty sure the Arabs were the ones really running the show. Arabs and Berbers are both Caucasians but not white. I'm not surprised some of them had red hair even in Afghanistan for example many dudes with red hair and colored eyes.

I read an article that said Berbers made up over 95% of Moors while Arabs made up 3-5%, so I doubt that. Berbers are also known as Amazigh in North Africa, they are in places like Morocco and Tunisia. They are lighter than true Arabs like people from Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, parts of southern Iraq. Lebanese people are different because they share half their DNA with Italians. Obviously the Berbers that mixed with blacks its a different story, although some Arabs ended up doing that also. Southern Spain was under Moorish occupation for 700-800 years, Sicily was under it for about 100 years. Obviously the Moors were expelled, both Sicily and Spain went through long periods of latinization after. Sicily expelled all Muslims and Muslim converts. I’m assuming Spain did as well.

Frank Mir’s Dad is from Cuba of Moroccan descent, I don’t know what his mom is.
