I kinda phased out one of my largest clients recently, and it's actually turned out to be a great thing. He was like 60% of my income at the time, but just always a ton of headaches and jeopardized all of my time so I couldn't really prospect with other clients as well. I noticed him starting to pull away a bit and was trying all types of power plays on me, and realized that he had been given too much pull and I needed to get the fuk away from him.

Will likely do business in the future because he's a whale, but definitely not giving him special preferred service at all.
