Of the 10 outcomes where B dies, A had nothing to do with 8 of them (B was already infected beforehand) and the other 2 could have been prevented if B had been vaccinated. There is ZERO reason for A to be vaccinated. If you believe in the vaccines, the only people who should be vaccinated are those with age or risk factors that make it deadly.
