I went from 185 to about 170 recently putting in work at the gym getting my 6 pack back...... I mention it to my GF how I finally got them back after the pandemic.

She says "I have noticed you do look smaller"

I just bert stare her and she says "Oh..... is that not a compliment....?"

Twink crew is the best crew. Less stress on your joints and cardio is goat for swimming, hiking, biking, running etc.
