You're definitely right as far as chomos and grapists go, but I wonder if that code applies to those who abuse animals as well?

yes they take animal cruelty about the same degree as the others depends on the individual.

SAD PART IS he wont end up going to a place that has the type of inmates that would actually not care to do it cause hes serving life already. he will get sent to some motel with locked doors

hopefully he is in south texas and some cartel fellows that might be bored and dont care to go out side their lines will find and take care of this pos.

It's hard to draw the line between mental illness that needs treatment and just straight up evil. Honestly a frontal lobotomy and then putting him him to work on a plantation is probably the best way to "rehab" him and make sure he doesnt ever do anything again
