Basically, all the gangs in USA either originated in Chicago or LA. Texas has a few of its own, but many that came from either California or Chicago.

My city is the most boring, clean cut, well to do suburbiafest imaginable. But because our laws against bikie gangs are softer than surrounding areas they all move their headquarters here. But they mostly just terrorise each other.
