Absolutely disgusting how useless that female cop was there. Can you imagine being overpowered and your life being on the line and that is the help you get.

Free shot to the jaw or temple to deal with him or put him in a chokehold yourself and squeeze tight for a few seconds while the male partner can recover and then overpower him with you.

You do not even need to know how to fight to be able to help out a friend or partner in that situation better than what she did.

Remember cops cannot use chokeholds or kick suspects in the head and that'd be considered brutality but bystanders can do both. What a bizarre clown world.
