I've also owned both for phones and computers, and I have to say I like Apple Products better. The OS is much cleaner in my opinion, and it's also incredibly easy to use. However the only downside is that Apply sticks it's hand in everything and blocks a lot of customization and features. On Androids you can pretty much do whatever you want, even if it's borderline illegal. On Apple you can't do like anything without jailbreaking it first. Then for computers it's really not that bad having a PC, but when you have an iPhone, it just makes life easier having a MacBook. Using a MacBook is harder, but once you learn all the controls and stuff, its much more satisfying to use.

Yea but they are expensive.
And for some people, they rather spend their limited resources on other things like entertainment, food, clothes, books, etc.

in regards to hardware: they make very good laptops. their macos also runs much better than windows. it's a shame that their ipad pro doesn't use it. instead they put a gimped mobile os on it to dumb things down for the user. i wish their imac's were easier to service, because it costs an arm and a leg to repair (from personal experience), which is why i had to go back to a windows desktop.
intel is chitting bricks right now because apple dumped them. not surprising, especially since they're also getting beat by amd. they've been on an offensive, trying to get them to switch back from the m1 chip, which will most likely not happen any time soon.
op: if you're having issues with sony earbuds, try searching for memory foam plugs instead of regular rubbers. i am not a fan of earbuds which you have to plug into your ears, because they're uncomfortable, which is one of the reasons i'm staying away from airpods pro. someone recently recommended checking out memory foam tips. they are supposed to be more comformtable.

For most average use, this isn't an issue, but essentially you have to buy their intel powered CPUs if you want a 64GB mogger
But speed/battery life and not needing noisy fans to cool the processor is what makes the M1 such a revolutionary upgrade.
Bloatware in PCs and seeming to need all the third party apps and software to run at optimal performance vs Apple developers all creating bespoke/tailored programs optimized to work with M1/rosetta through the app store is another argument entirely

Build quality is second to none. I always get the iPhone BUT when it comes to equipment that I actually do work on I avoid Apple like the plague. They treat their user like a fukking retrard. Everything is hidden in menus under menus, extremely limited customization, everything is just more difficult than it is on Windows.
I also fukking hate the company. Will ruthlessly rip you off every last penny that they can with bullchit practices and act like they are doing it for the good of mankind.

What I would consider as liberal is engaging in white guilt training, actively supporting liberal politicians, getting involved in political censorship. Also, waiting till the George Floyd woke era to re-brand SJW over the top would be libcuck.
Your comments on privacy are purely unsubstantiated, so I can’t argue against those.

Look China is a communist country and they are quick to ban **** and make up their own rules but from a business perspective, it makes a lot of sense for companies to bend their rules for them.
Think about it China has 1.4 billion people thats almost 5 times as much as USA, the potential profits and revenue is 5x that of USA so when their government demands something you have to play by their game or risk losing so much market share.
This is why you see NBA Hollywood and Google bend over to appease China ,it sucks it may not make them look good in the USA but even if the USA gets pissed and just stops buying their products completely its still worth working with China because they can still get 5x the profits and revenues that of USA.
Simpler analogy would be if you have 1/5 girl or a 5/5 girl which one will you work harder for?

I have an iPad pro from 2015 with the latest updates, if it didn't have physical home button then I would never use it, the new gestures ****ing suck. My main device (except gaming PC) is a cheap phone with a 6.8" screen with android 11 that I paid like $150 for with NFC, SD card slot, 3.5mm headphone jack, dual sim and a 5000mah battery. I don't take selfies because I'm not a **** so give zero ****s about the camera.

Apple was really the only company that had its own chargers incompatible with other phones so they have really been the only ones fukking with the environment that way in the first place. They made a unique 'lightning' plug so they could be the ones to sell chargers to their phones. And if any other company wants to sell it, Apple sues them and takes them down unless that company gets permission from Apple in the form of 'Apple MFi certified' in exchange for percentage of all sales.
So now that that scheme is getting fukked with, instead of complying and switching to a universal format that would be helpful for everyone, they decided to do away with chargers completely. First they discontinued the charging cube and acted like they were saving the world and doing their buyers a favor. Next, the lightning cable will be out of the box too. They will only sell you the phone and then ask you to buy a wireless charger, which as you may have noticed they have not manufactured themselves and have been basically the last to adopt (because they can't lock out third party ones from working with their phones and nobody in their right mind would buy their overpriced one) until they could add that pointless MagSafe 'feature', which they will claim has an advantage over third party chargers (notice the 'safe' in the title).
When it comes to them being brave and removing certain plugs from their equipment, that has a similar reasoning and has nothing to do with being brave. Apple is an extremely scummy company but they do make a good phone.

Galaxy > Note though, and looks like you haven't even tried/used one of those.
Meanwhile Samsung makes great TVs, dishwashers, and fridges too.
I could never buy an Apple product or invest in their agenda. Treat workers like a$$ and take advantage of cheap labor, meanwhile their profit margin is like 40%+
Even and airpods are lackluster compared to something 1/3 the cost like Ear Fun earbuds. Galaxy buds are better as well. I'm not sure what it is, but I guess paying a premium for something makes people think it's better when it's not. Good luck with your audio quality goals using ACC codecs. Are the airpods even at BT 5.0 yet?

It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

After years of fighting the good fight I caved and got a 12 Pro this year. The cohesion between the OS and the hardware is top tier. I even ran with Pixels for years due to it being an in house Google product and they can’t match what apple does. Many apps run smoother on iOS simply because it’s a shared code for all devices. With Android you have to get it working with version x and then you have to deal with the manufacturer’s skin on top of it.
All of the specs that android offers doesn’t mean much in terms of experience either. I’m never going back to android after just 4 months with an iPhone.
