I don't actually think it's that many /hr to do?
Lets say he only does it 10hr/day... That's 400/hr. Let's say you do 66 push ups every 10 minutes... That doesn't seem unreasonable? I can rep out 60 push ups in a minute like its ****ing cake... Could that guy? Idk. How would that fatigue start to kick in after a week of doing it? Maybe the first few weeks your bodys fatigued, but entirely possible your body starts to become accustomed to it and it gets easier. I would worry about the strain on tendons/shoulders etc.
Do I think this guy did it? No.
Do I think someone could? For sure. This doesn't seem like that insanely hard of a task, just definitely one that would take consistency and time.

maybe you should try this as a misc experiment. Try to do 4000 pushups in a single day, how you want to divide it up is up to you. now try this for 365 days ... lmao.

This guys form started going to chit and his knees were bending near the end of each set. With that many pushups, you'd think the mind muscle connection and form would be 100%.
He looks to have a good amount of muscle in his back and shoulders, but from the front he's got a dad bod. I'd think with that many pushups the guy would be shredded just from the calories burned.

After watching that video of his form and his body type I have very little in this world I doubt more than this claim.

Goggins did 4000 chin ups in 24 hours.
He had a similar challenge in that he was a bit taller/heavier than the average guy who attempts these things.
sure, chinups are not the same as pushups...but he trained his ass off...got totally shredded, and did 4000 in 24 hrs. And he filmed the whole thing.
That dude has a mind like iron and it fukked him up real bad.
Now imagine ol dad bod above doing that with pushups 365 times, every day. Dedicating one year of his life to doing nothing else...and not even filming it?
Most people cant even stop eating salty snacks for one year.

Did he actually do 4100 pushups a day or did he average that?
He could do a crap ton on weekends and then have rest days where he doesn't do that many.
He was slowing down but since he was finishing the record he could have already done 3000 pushups before that video on that day.
It's possible he did it but how would they even track this unless he filmed every single one?

I'm glad the world has changed and we can finally trust people again.
On a seperate, more realistic note, I am going to bet he couldnt sustain 4100 pushups, 365 times with proper form from his knees...

You could get to 1 push up a second... but god damn, doing an hour+ of push ups that fast.
Okay fraud - he can't possibly do more than 120 push ups with that kind of forearm. Looks like my lazy Uncle.

Legit? Unless he's done them all on live cam or something I don't see how this could be authenticated.
Has he got a 4100 pushup a day type of body? Maybe, like marathon runners aren't thick because they're built for endurance.
YouTubers are doubting.

I would doubt even the man claiming to have done that many daily push-ups was a 25 year-old gymnast with sub 10% bf and swole arms...but that mid 40s Dad bod?
