Dude it’s all media driven. Movies and shows in the old days (50s-70s) were red pill as ****. The guys that did well were attractive, popular, played sports, etc


Only in the last few decades did these companies realize there are more losers than winners in society, and that they can make more $$$ giving them a fairy tale instead of a difficult but true reality (that the nerd is better off picking up cool hobbies, getting fit, being more assertive, etc)
