It didn’t burst but it was infected. One of my friends did burst and even he was home that day.

The doc just came by. Later they’re going to turn off the tube suction and try to see if I can hold liquids without becoming nauseous. They said they don’t want to pull it out then put it back in. But I don’t see how I’d still be nauseous that long after. I feel like this is way overly cautious.

Damn brah, hope you are recovering pretty quickly! Also, I'm a bit confused, you were already in the ER and had to take a 'rona test before they could even operate or whatnot? Like what if your appendix burst before you even got the results back? Also reading your user title, I agree Epstein didn't kill himself

Pretty much. It got scheduled for that first night but I guess they couldn’t operate before getting covid test results back. You’d figure a hospital would be able to get one back sooner then 18 hours. I feel like that fukked me and is why this became so much more complicated.

I begged them to keep my tubes up cause I didn't wanna poop or pee. I had part of my colon removed and my digestive was all ****ed up.


3 days later they finally tell me I gotta go poop. They don't say nothing else. I, go and sit and poop. Blood just pouring out of my ass. I'm freaking out. Clean up and come out and I tell the nurse and she calmly tells me thats normal. Like bitch you couldn't tell me thatgoing in so I didn't have a damn heart attack watching blood pour out of my ass

Had mine out a few years ago. In and out in less than 24 hours. Sh!t started as a bad "diarrhea cramp," but felt different. I almost knew immediately, even in the dull pain stages, it was appendicitis, for some reason. I waited HOURS. Tried to nap, took Pepto. Started vomiting so I drove myself in. By the time I reached the ER it was far and away the most intense pain I've ever felt. Sh!t was crazy.

A different dr came in and said hopefully 2-3 more days. I swear it’s arbitrarily getting pushed longer.

Tube is now out. Just can’t vomit or get nausea again.

For those that had your appendix removed how long did it take to chit again or even fart normally? Farts are still sparse but at least it’s happening.
