Probably bacterial vaginosis. I read a recent study in Israel where they "transferred' vaginal fluid from healthy women to women with recurrent bacterial vaginosis that was resistant to antibiotics. It was 100% successful in curing the infection in 5 women.

So if it smells really bad, that's probably what it is. I once almost smashed a woman until she took panties off and it made me almost vomit. Pooci always has a fishy musky smell but shouldn't be too strong or off-putting.
