You likely just have impingement caused by muscular imbalances(extremely common in lifters), but it's best to get checked out to make sure it's not something more serioius.
If it's impingement caused by imbalances, hit up rear delt and back exercises.
Also, do dead hangs. 5x30 second sets
Had horrible shoulder impingement and direct rear delt work and dead hangs sorted me out.

The only hope is switching your grip up to see if that helps alleviate the pain.
Pretty difficult to work chest with a messed up shoulder.

I remember when we'd come back for baseball when the weather started warming up coaches would always make us throw a bunch on day one.
My rotator cuff would be KILLING me in a similar manner to say if you didn't squat for six months then one day decided to do 10 sets as heavy as you could go.
However two weeks is a pretty long time to still have soreness, especially if it isn't slowly going away.

Funny i was just about to post something like this yesterday, but ultimately i knew the answer.
And that answer is rest and healing. You need to let it heal or you will f it up worse man and not be able to work out for much longer

Rear delt work is good as well.
Sounds like you should take some time off tho.
