Have you ever seen't a mold? I don't mean bread mold. I mean a mold made for plastic injection of a product, like an Iphone case. High quality ones can get very expensive, anywhere from 1k-100k,1mil. Once you start getting into mass production, these things can get very expensive very quick. And then comes the taxes if you do everything here in the states.

Don't forget regulatory burdens. The US likes to pass lots of environmental and safety stuff. You can argue whether they're good or bad.

But the reality is a lot of the world doesn't care. So you can offshore everything for cheaper labor AND not worry about compliance.

Because Americans are the most expensive but laziest people srs. I know Indians that work near minimum wage that put their whole life into what they do
