Because the old calendar was getting too far out of whack and a Roman emperor made this one.

i dont buy this fuken chit. srs. they would have been using so many different models and info
http://www.webexhibits.org/calendars...r-ancient.html
at the very least it would have been highly, highly, highly skeptical
seeing as galileo and copernicus were tried for treason in the 1630's and 1640's for suggesting the planets revolve around the sun

The Great Pyramid gives you the dimensions of the planet if you know what to look for.
The Great Sphinx faces astrological houses of the zodiac during the spring equinox, historians will tell you the sphinx is ~4.5K years old but it's more likely older than 12K years.

Human civilization has risen and fallen more times than any of us know.
We may not even be the most advanced iteration of the species.
It's likely we are not.

No on 13.
We have our solstices and equinoxes. We could just do 4 seasons as our calendar. Date of birth? Fall 88, 2022.
Or we could use the English alphabet as the guide. 25 periods of time that are 14 days, make the 5th one 15 days.

Let’s recap. So you were wondering why there isn’t a year of371 daysor some other number, when we know that a revolution of the earth is about 365.25 solar days. Smh.....

Why not just have 487 months of 3 days?
They got little baby legs that stand so low
you got to pick 'em up just to say hello.
