We use mostly metric in NZ. Thats what I grew up with and it makes enough sense to me. I always admired the old heads who learned on imperial and switched to metric as adults, and can still work in either. Imperial fractions boggle my mind. Decimal points for the win.
Our tradies/engineers still need to work in both as we have alot of machinery from America/ the UK which were made in imperial.
