I posted this is in another thread. The only culture in the world that could have possible beaten early European settlers were the Aztecs, Mayans and Inca's. Dafuq is this guy talking about? If I want to hire a white person I have to fill out paperwork justifying why I didn’t select a minority candidate. I have to prove beyond any doubt that they are a significantly better candidate than a minority candidate. We’ve had to hire some really chitty people because of this.

Took Soc classes exactly like this in undergrad. For me personally, I just laughed at it and told them what they wanted to hear in the essays in order to get good grades. In hindsight, I would have challenged them more during lectures. Not that it would have done any good.


TO be a little bit fair, the video doesn't show the context if him "backing up his claims" because the broad claims are usually discussed during lecture, and the evidence and more detail is provided in the readings. (not saying I agree with this style, but that's just how it was.)

Not undergrad but STEM research is getting infiltrated. Still pushing that white privilege bs.

I would agree that white privilege existed in the past during boomer years, but not anymore. If anything it's the opposite. A business is more likely to hire a minority person over a white guy with the same or slightly better credentials for the sake of diversity.

Wealth and status privilege is a much bigger impact in our society, and it's them who are creating this racial divide agenda in our country in order to stay in power
