Aren’t those the type of people who do that though? I once knew an ugly man that had a hot Japanese wife. He was a computer nerd. She tells me she has a 19 yr old cousin (like 8/10) and shows pics. Super hot and looked thick, way better looking than ugly guys wife and she wasn’t bad at all. They showed her my pics and she wanted to meet but I was dating the wife I’m with now and didn’t want to dump her for a chance that may go sour. From her pics (years before filters) she looked like we’d have fun. Just only had a small touch of yellow fever a bit. It’s the asses. The ones with ass are rare but very hot.

Not true. My primary residence is a three-flat where the other two apartments pay for all my bills. I live for free while getting major tax write offs and appreciation on the building.

You are right, if he can afford the payments and got a good interest rate, then great.....IF he wants to live in that same house for 30 years until it is completely paid off. If at any time his family expands and he needs more space, or he needs to downsize because one or both of them lose their jobs, or they ever want to move then they are screwed.

Same thing happened to us when we spent $194k on a house and 3 years later it was worth $60k and then we had a kid and my wife's job moved an hour further away from home.
