another huge three6/memphis fan checking in
everything post-2000 was just party music. their music before then actually had meaning. mystic stylez, the end, and world domination were their three best albums. so many GOAT tier songs: mystic stylez, fkin with dis click, sweet robbery pt 2, body parts, in too deep, anyone out there, i aintcha friend, i could go on. their dark music of the mid 90's was by far their best.
underground pt 1 was their best of that series. playa hataz, walk up to your house, now im high really high are all hard af. come with me to hell pt 1 and 2 and dj paul volume 16 also slap
when I hear people say how great they think albums like the most known unknown and when the smoke clears are, i love that they actually appreciate three 6 mafia but it disappoints me that their earlier work is so unrecognized
