Relax OP, I turned 38 earlier this year. Stronger and in better shape now then when I was 28. Have one or two drinks a night and the occasional cigar. Making more money now then when I was 28 and life is better minus the rona crap. If you've taken care of yourself you should be ok

Lol, I turned 30 2 months ago, nothing’s changed. Still going to music festivals and on holidays, still pass for being 25, still banging 19 YO’s. As long as you look after yourself and live stress free, you’ll be fine.
