One of the biggest achievements of my misc career was reaching 1k reps (reps were tough to come by back in the day).

The company has been sold 3 times in the past 2 years. The current owners seem to actually be trying to make it profitable. There's only so much that can be done with a company that was mismanaged by multiple people over the last 7-10 years.
