On a pure risk/cost-benefit analysis angle, it may finally be rational to just getting the jab and giving the middle finger to the system.....it's all so wrong, but the majority is obviously dictating the course of history.

The FDA's propaganda is irrelevant to me. I'm not getting the experimental injection, regardless of whether it's "approved" or not.
When they do approve it though, they will start mandating it in more places. Chit could get ugly

IMO most people who are hesitant about the vaccine have a general distrust of the system, and the FDA is just another part of the system. I'll be surprised if it makes much of a difference

Let's recap what trusting the system lead to in Canada:
-Screwing over 1.5 million or so Canadians by recommending to just get whatever vaccine is available, which resulted in this number of people getting mixed doses ( number is off the top of my head, I could be wrong ),
-The decision above was based on zero data - this is not even arguable, there is literally no data on mixing vaccines from different manufacturers (or at least not at the point in time when the decision was made ),
-This will cost the taxpayers at least $18 million in extra doses required to fix this issue ( assuming $12 per dose, but both Pfizer and Moderna jacked up their prices as soon as the whole "booster" story got traction ).
Think about society and the greater good, trust the system, and please get vaccinated, because currently, you're not.

Trust the science... these are the same people telling you men can get pregnant.
It's not difficult to conjure up a list of disastrous FDA approvals that lead to recalls.
But don't worry, these big pharma billionaires and the government would never lie to anyone, they're genuinely looking out for you.

These are truly first-world problems but it doesn't make me doubt Canada's stance, it makes me think other parts of the world need to catch up.

Any conservative hinging on the FDA approval was either side-stepping the issue or misguided. It was always gonna happen especially when you understand the pull that big pharma has.
But beneath that layer is the very valid argument against mandatory vaccinations. Especially one of declining efficacy for an obsolete variant and that lines the pockets of these profiteers.

So that means the rest of them lose their EUA, right?
FDA may authorize unapproved medical products or unapproved uses of approved medical products to be used in an emergency to diagnose, treat, or prevent serious or life-threatening diseases or conditions caused by CBRN threat agents when certain criteria are met, including there are no adequate, approved, and available alternatives.
