He has a ton of rich Chinese buying houses here
The reason is, when you die in China, the government takes all your assets , can’t leave anything to your kids
The Chinese government can’t take houses in the USA upon death

What's funny is our government is seeing it work and wanting to do the same thing. We are being pumped up by stimulus's, government handouts, and crazy low interest. Communist believe that they have an idea, they are going to make it happen, and pretend it's working even if it's not, and silence anyone who says it isn't. You have to think though, that a huge economic factor is how people feel about it. Consumer confidence. Stock market or housing market drops, people stop spending and investing, which causes the economy to further shrink. So, what China does is reports the economy like it's the Clinton's on CNN, where no matter what happens, it's a good thing. The average Chinese citizen has to work 4X as hard to achieve 1/4 of the results as an american. Of course keeping people hungry, desparate, yet hopeful is a great tool for the state.I don't think people really understand the debt situation with China.
They don't owe their debt to anyone like America does, they literally write blank checks to themselves. If they need more money, they'll lend themselves more money. As a central planning entity, they won't call in their own debt and bankrupt themselves, they'll just find a way to "fix it" so their machine keeps running. And the West keeps allowing them to do it.

Like I said, people in China are investing in these buildings, which will crumble or be outdated bt the time they can collect.

Nothing is a coincidence. They want people to be 100% reliant on the government. Even though China is a communist government, there’s still some liberty when it comes to financial freedom.

Places that view money as scarce are often very poor
