I wonder if Fauci knows the CDCs own graph doesn't support his premise - deaths are between 1/3 and 1/2 the size of the spike in January.

I often wonder this sort of thing these days: I can't decide whether it's just straight up propaganda or if the people spewing it are sincere and just that stupid.

I mean its not a conspiracy. The fukker works for Govt. No one who is really good at their job works for govt. Same with teachers. If they could actually do something good enough for someone to pay them, unless its a personal calling (it hardly ever is), they wouldnt be teaching or working for govt.

They (he) is just incompetent. Since when do any researchers or MDs look to the CDC for anything other than maybe certain govt procedures. Our world is in the grip of mass hysteria and history shows us this is when people look to an authoritarian figure or leadership to help calm their fears. In this case its being purposely driven by media and govt.

This same type of post was made back in December/January.

Why would they give up the control they have over the population? Covid isn't going to get "cured" for some narrative about how the Democrats saved us. Why would they do that? They have an excuse to expand into limitless power, and you think they're going to give that back?

It's pretty obvious that this whole thing is about politics bs. Has been for a long time, imo. Probably since about May 2020.

That said, while I do think the continued obsession with covid has a lot to do with the 2022 elections, tbe strategy puzzles me. Hardcore liberals are going to vote Dem regardless of what they do, so that part doesn't matter. As for moderates/fence sitting voters though, I think it would have made a lot more sense to let covid lay on the backburner and let people enjoy some degree of freedom/normalcy a little longer than the 2 months or so they gave us.

I also think this has *a lot* to do with the Afghanistan fiasco. What better way for the Democrats/media to divert attention away from the absolute disaster that ordeal has been for Biden/Kamala than to go back to screeching about "covid".

It's all about justifying changes to election law that make cheating easy. Mailing everyone a ballot, whether registered to vote or not, in the name of COVID allowed some states to be stolen for Biden. They want to repeat this so they don't lose the house and senate.
