No because im not close or friendly with Ronne Coleman, nor i think he can find anything comfortable to wear for leg day that isnt that kind of leggins.


Anybody other random dude, yes im telling him he looks ridiculous and to try-hard. Without judging tho, i too went trough a try hard phase. Never been as comfortable as im right now wearing random oversized tshirts and normal shorts to the gym.

I wear what im most comfortable in lifting that day
back days I like stringers and long shorts/pants for rack pulls/deadlifts
leg days I like short shorts, GASP posing shorts, or leggings because I like my whole thigh being exposed so I can see and feel whats going on best, it helps me with engagement, I also wear an oversize shirt on leg days because its pretty homo looking with the short shorts or leggings and a shmedium
chest days its stringer or tighter shirt so I can watch my pecs contract and see when they go to a fully lengthened phase

Ill wear oversized shirts anyday though sometimes when I just feel like it, its the most comfortable for me, but obviously I have days I want to see contractions more closely
