Being jobless is still much worse than being a wageslave. It's easy to get lazy as hell being unemployed and having all of the free time in the world. I lost all of my salary, so it was pretty depressing. I felt that overall I could have done the same studying time / gym time etc with a wageslave job. A lot of time was spent as leisure and entertainment instead of something productive, so wageslaving is still better than being unemployed IMO

pre industrial you at least a community, virgin trad wife to do domestic tasks, etc. now you do 40+ 20 hours commuting and maintanence while dying alone and probably abusing some kind of substances
