Hopefully winter doesn’t bring back restrictions.

I just attended a 50.000 people concert yesterday and it was amazing. Feels like everything is back to normal.

I hope other countries will have the same freedom with regards to covid restrictions very soon.

I'm in Vegas and the streets were so packed last night it was hard to walk. Things have been normal most of this time other than the Chinese style restrictions they've been pushing throughout this, ie international travel, covid passports.

Denmark is a weird one, they are super authoritarian with different rules applying to areas legit designated as 'ghettos' and compulsory re-education. They locked their borders down pretty fast with all the immigrants also. I 'mire them for protecting Danish values and their generous welfare system from being taken advantage of but it is pretty hardcore for a gov't. All fun and games when it fits your values but terrifying when it doesn't.

Good thing we have Daddy government to protect us from the big bad virus, or the human race could have been wiped out. Do what they say and you'll get your rights back, that's how it works, isn't it? Funny how far we've come, justifying one measure after another, from masks to shutdowns to experimental drugs, to arrive at communism in the form of health passports and social credit scores. Ends justify the means, right? Sure, we'll all be living in a totalitarian hellscape, and our livelihoods, businesses and jobs will be gone or replaced, but at least we flattened the curve (in your respective country).

If only we had some kind of passport to stop criminals and terrorists from entering the country, working and traveling and receiving federal aid for free. At this point, STD checkpoints and health passes would make more sense than the never-ending moving of goalposts from one vaccine, to another, to booster shots and daily pills. At least that would ring true as "common sense" healthcare, and not hyped up fearmongering.
