The "hospitalization" numbers are complete BS. Anyone who is in the hospital for any reason, gets tested for Covid. So you get in a car accident and have to go to the hospital, they test you.

If you come back positive, you get counted as a "covid hospitalization":



Ivy League study confirming that, and they looked at over 50,000 cases that were classified as "Covid hospitalizations", and of those 50k, almost half of them were in the hospital for reasons completely unrelated to Covid, and were asymptomatic but had tested positive during routine testing that they give everyone who is admitted to the hospital ^ :

It's the same thing with deaths. Anyone who dies, for any reason, if they test positive in the autopsy, they get counted as a "covid death":
